- I typically do not charge a fee for my services. In some cases—such as complex, multi-destination itineraries—there may be a travel planning fee, which I’ll always share with you upfront so there are no surprises.

What happens when after I fill out one of your forms?
Once you submit a form, my goal is to reach out within 48 hours — often sooner! If you include a preferred day and time to connect, I’ll follow up by email and send a Google Calendar invite to confirm our appointment. This helps us get started quickly and ensures your trip planning stays on track from the very first conversation.
